93 year old man speaking so many things without reading any remarks or papers. He is living natural encyclopedia.

such a deep level of understanding of nature, what a wonderful man.

wish i could shake his hand. what a real hero.

It is about time that these kind of nature films would be offered free all over the world. All need to see them for no charge at all. We should come together to make sure these are sponsored for that aim.

I cry almost every time I hear David talk. His love and passion for nature is so pure, true, and obvious, it triggers my love and passion for nature as well, that sadly sometimes lies dormant. This was such a beautiful talk, although sad, and serious at the same time. There's just no one who represents such an appreciation for nature and this planet like him. On a different topic, I was surprised when he announced a member of the royal family as the president of the WWF. I personally am completely against those that run the world; "the 1%" - large enterprises, government, those like the royal family, etc. (one of the main reasons being their profit first mentality), but hearing that a member of the royal family is president of the WWF created a vision in my mind of how much more of a beautiful place this planet could be if those who run it genuinely cared about the well-being of it and the people and ecosystems on it. Considering that isn't going to happen for a long time, we the people need to take control of as much as we can, question all areas of our lives and the impact they have on this world. We need to stop putting our desires and cravings first all the time and consider nature and what kind of world we'd really like to live. Anyway, thanks for everything David, you're the man.

When he said we are in the midst of "sixth mass extinction," my heart sank a little.

"Nature once determined how we would survive, now we determine how nature survives." Those words really cut you deep and makes you think how much humans have evolved and become such brilliant creatures yet so dangerous and destructive to everything around them.

Respect, for this man!!!

Amazing. It's quite possible that this gentleman, and his connections to the BBC and the like, have done, and will do, more for our species, all other animal species and the planet we all rely on as our home, than any other to date, or that may be to come. His presence and speech is a visceral reminder of his lifetime dedication to the education of us all on the natural world and our place in it. It's inspiring. Thank you good sir.

Sir Attenborough is the most listened voice of the Mother Earth and all its Children ... who are walking on its surface, swimming in its oceans, living in its forests, and flying in its skies. The most loving and ever affectionate wise voice.

I regard him as one of most important voices of our lifetime. We as a specie have virtually nothing to offer life as it pertains to a harmonious coexistence with a natural world. We take...& take...& take but never give.

David, my man! Watched his shows from 30 yrs. onwards. Fascinated by his voice and his enthusiasm in nature... making people understand our world better and how to protect it and love it. OUR PLANET is such a superb documentary.

One of my favourite human beings.. Sir David Attenborough, you are not only a national treasure, you are an international treasure. May you live many more years, so you can continue to spread your knowledge and inspire others the way you have done all your life!
