After a loss, it's hard getting past the point of loss with a new pregnancy because in a way you're a first time parent from that point forward. But you don't have that innocence of a real first time parent because you've already faced the reality of how scary it can really be. You're doing great and you're over halfway there. Emma will be in your arms before you know it

Today makes a year since we lost out little one at 12 weeks 2 days. I felt off all week. My husband and I looked at each other last night and both said April 5th at the same time. It was like I was walking around in a cloud. Today doesn’t seems real but here I sit 33 weeks and 4 days pregnant with our little girl. Praying for you always and sending good thoughts your way for a healthy happy pregnancy.

I lost my second pregnancy at 16 weeks 3 days. Getting past that point in my last pregnancy was so hard. I was so scared before then and was in the hospital multiple times thinking something was wrong. After that I eased into the 2nd half of my pregnancy and I have a happy healthy little 4 month old. Emma will be here soon!! I wish for you 2 the joy I have now.

We can't use bleach either because it turns our water a rusty color and ruins everything. Now I use a color safe bleach that doesn't seem to bother. Justin, it's not your fault.... You tried... you're a great husband.

Praying for a healthy rainbow baby. Our 1st baby was a boy who was stillborn 35 weeks 4/22/2016. We just had our miracle rainbow baby girl Holy Thursday 3/29/2018. She came lil early but praise God she's thriving breathing on her own.

Feeling baby kick is the sweetest and best part of pregnancy besides seeing them in ultrasounds. ❤️ I’m glad baby Emma is doing good. There’s always a reason to worry in pregnancy, even after the third trimester hits, my little girl usually kicks around 3 times a day when she’s very active, but sometimes she wants to sleep through those times. Yesterday was one of those times, I pestered her until she finally kicked me, lol I think I could tell she was annoyed bc of how hard she kicked. My point is there’s always something to worry over, I think that’s a big part of being a parent. Just hang in there. Push through the tough times to get to the great moments. ❤️

“He leaves soon, I don’t remember when, but he leaves soon for a few weeks, again.” I feel this, I feel this in my soul. My hubs is in the Army, and I swear he’s always gone. 😂😂 Also - you look amazing! We’ve been keeping you and your family in our prayers. ❤️

It feels so unreal by the time my kids are on summer break from school baby Emma will be here.

I’ve never seen two people more perfect for each other. Just from watching you both on RU-vid for the last year and a bit, I can tell that you both compliment each other so well and keep each other grounded. The support you both have for each other is amazing, and I can feel the love almost radiating out of my phone. I know this week is a hard one for you both, but know that Brynn is watching over all three of you, and will for the rest of your lives. Cherish those baby kicks, they really are such an amazing thing to experience. Emma is growing perfectly and will be in your arms in no time! I’m due a couple of weeks before you and can’t wait to watch videos of Emma while holding my own little girl 💕

I feel you on the being afraid to cry because you won’t be able to stop. I lost my dad when I was 9 in the matter of two weeks after being admitted to the hospital. He was suffering from lung cancer that no one had been able to diagnose. He was 49 and I had to be my mom’s rock and get her through it. I’m 25 now but the waves of grief still hit. I’ve learned I can’t push down my emotions in order to feel strong for myself or for my mom. It’s okay to crumble. You have a wonderful support system in Justin and your family that will be there to help you back up again. Grief is such a weird thing because it isn’t just sadness that they aren’t here with you. It’s happiness in what they gave to you while they were alive and a profound emptiness knowing there are memories you didn’t get to make. It’s because we love so deeply that we grieve so deeply too. And those who haven’t experienced profound grief will never be able to understand how to help us navigate life after loss. I have never lost a child, but I want you to know that you have those of us who have lost a loved one well before they should’ve gone, and I support you. We all need to remember each other and our struggles.

Rachelle and Justin there's so many supportive, loving, encouraging words been said already but I still want to say those words. You have pulled it through and have come so far and I can tell that you are very strong family 💞. My heart is with you on your journey. You have passed 20 weeks mark with everything is ok with little Emma, seems like a relief but the only full relief will be when you'll be holding Emma in your arms. This time is coming very soon 💞 I felt my babies kicks at evening and night time most of the time, they are a night owls till this day, don't want to go to bed early 🙄 lol much of love to your growing family 💞🤗

Always listen to your gut.. You feel even a little bit off you go straight to the ER.. but don't worry too much. God always has a plan and I have a good feeling about yours.

Aww! You can never cry too much Rachelle. I still cry often from the loss of my parents. Whatever helps you get through. I'm so grateful for the love, faith ,and perseverance that you and Justin have shown. If I may I’d like to ask for prayers for 2 friends. My best friend has been battling a rare cancer for the last 6 years and her scans have come back with a mix of good and bad. And I have another friend whose 3 yr old son has been diagnosed with a brain tumor and they believe there’s nothing more they can do because of the location.😔 You two are such an inspiration! Yes for the white and you can put any color pillows you want to add a splash of color. You can change them up anytime cheaply too and add colored curtains! Good choice lady !

Feeling the baby move inside of you is the best feeling in the world! I always used to just sit there and think, wow I created this human with just some cells and now there's a heartbeat and a human being inside of me. The woman's body is so incredible! God bless you and your growing family. 💗🎀🌸

Ok this may be a different thing in different countries, but in Australia most people have a duvet which is plain white and full of padding or feathers or whatever the inside is, and then you buy a duvet cover and when you clean it you take the cover off and wash that. So that way it’s easy to change up for the seasons because it’s just like changing the sheets and you can have a few covers in rotation. Let me know what you all do!

I lost my first baby Greyson when I was 35 weeks pregnant on New Year’s Eve after struggling for 4 years to get pregnant and this is the hardest thing anyone can go through, no one should have to bury their baby and as my husband and I begin the journey of trying to get pregnant again your videos are one of the few things that gives me hope that I too may be able to have my rainbow baby to fill my arms and repair a little bit of my broken heart. I’m currently 23 weeks pregnant with my rainbow and he kicks up a storm. All day. And I think it’s his way to tell me that he’s doing great and not to worry. I lost my first baby at 27 weeks and he only kicked mostly at night. It’s why I think rainbow is such a kicker. Just for reassurance. Praying for you guys! ❤️

I felt so off and weird and sad once i got past my point of loss as well with my rainbow baby. I worried throughout my entire pregnancy and even had a scare around 20 weeks where i was afraid my baby might have a health issue but he's perfectly healthy and just turned a month old. I had him March 7th. I still worry and get super paranoid about so many things but i guess it just comes with not only being a parent, but even more so a parent who has lost before. I feel like it won't ever go away... I can't wait to see your beautiful rainbow baby when she is born! Congratulations and good luck through the rest of your pregnancy and birth!

It's ironic because the doctor say during the day when you're walking around it's like your swaying the baby and that's why they kick more at night :-) so I wouldn't worry about that but I understand when you don't feel her move it's probably really hard because you just want to feel her to be reassured! I have work with young children for 17 years and look forward to starting a family within the next year or two too. I'm 34 so I'm starting late in the game! Much later than all the rest of my family but I've helped to educate, nurture and grow other people's children which has been the most rewarding and heart-opening experience I've ever had. I cannot imagine another career and I know this is what I was meant to do. I love watching your channel and the support you both give one another! I can only hope that when I start my family I have someone that gives me that same support; however if I have to go it alone I definitely will. Love you guys

I lost my first child a day after my due date, it’s been 9 years since. I’ve had three other babies. Losing a child/baby is unbearable. But, it makes you cherish every moment even more when you have another child! Makes you hold them a little closer! 💕 faith, hope and positive thoughts!

It’s true about not knowing what to expect after a certain point. My anxieties are gearing up the closer I get to the point where I started going downhill with severe preeclampsia my last pregnancy. I only made it to 34 weeks and my son was in the NICU for 2 weeks after he was born. I’m really praying to go to my due date or at least 37 weeks this time. Praying for you guys. You have tough little girls ☺️

You are both lovely and oh so brave to put yourself forth as openly and honestly as you do. Never be hesitant to cry. Tears are one of the pressure valves for our body, mind and spirit. As Justin said, if they come, let them flow. Give yourself permission to do so. Only when you do that will they run their course. Holding in tears can be toxic to you just as much as holding in words can be. Take gentle loving care of yourself and each other. Sending you peace, love and healing light!

Do not get polyester based comforters or sheets. They're horrible at temperature regulation, they're easily discolored in the wash, and lose their fluff. I've been going back to cotton and I'm so happy with that. Check with ROSS if you have one there, because they have the best selection of all cotton sheets and comforters, as well as quilts.

Only more amazing times ahead, feeling her hiccup when inside her tummy, watching the ultrasound as she learns to swallow the fluid, for Justin to start feeling the kicks, for your baby girl to turn around and poke her head, knees or feet so you can see it... it’s a true miracle to grow a human being! And It’s totally okay to cry but I am praying for more happy to tears! I know that feeling. I've lost my first child too. And thoug I have a beautifull and healthy 9 weeks old daughter now I cant stop worrying that something will happen to her. That I've did something wrong during pregnancy (like worrying all the time) that will affect her now. I've been diagnosed with postpartum depression. Its very hard not to be able, to be just happy although this little live was the biggest dream of mine becouse of demons of the past.I wish you two all the best. celebrate this healthy pregnancy as much as you can.

I was told, the more active you are is when the baby sleeps as its a rocking sensation for the baby, but when you sit down for the evening or sleep, this is when the baby is active. I certainly noticed this pattern and I had triplets 17 yrs ago 😊

Im three days behind from my pregnancy last year. So its like Déjà vu. I cry all the time over the loss of my son. I will have good days and bad days. But I never hide how I feel just because I'm pregnant again. Neither should you, you are still grieving. Its hard because people expect you to move on after you become pregnant again. But it does not work like that, Until we hear a crying baby you feel incomplete. Im 12 w 1d today, I have 15 whole weeks to go till my point in loss. Im scared because once I have to deal with a year of losing him I still have 3 days to wait for my point in loss. I plan on making that a good week. I'm going to have a bbq and lantern release with my friends and family. Just to remember him and so he knows he is loved. Also for Oct. 15th since that was my due date and after I lost my son Adrian I learned it was pregnancy and infant loss awareness day. Remember every pregnancy is different, just because we lost one child does not mean it will happen again. I tell myself that on a weekly basis. I know I will be bring my baby home and so will you. Best of luck with. Keep your head up and know you are not alone. Also just look at all the parents you have helped with your story. You will have those to cherish for the rest of your life. Even if its the good the bad and the ugly. Its what makes you, you!!!! Again best of luck! Cant wait to meet your bundle of joy thru your journey.

Rachelle, I’ve had a placenta that’s on the front with my second child... and kicks were consistent but not overly strong or all the time during the day. I felt most movement at certain times of day and night. Now if Emma is the same way, I don’t want you to worry or think they need to be stronger. Because to me that’s all normal. I know your circumstances are different and what you’ve been through will always be in the back of your mind. But stressing about it isn’t good for baby or momma.

will you both please keep a friend of mine in prayer ... she lost a baby last year and is pregnant now and they just had their ultrasound to find out the gender and during that ultrasound they found her baby only has one kidney an it has her slightly worried ... Praying for you both as well for peace and comfort during this time of reflection of memories and worry

The day I went in to hear my baby's heartbeat I found out I had a miscarriage, I was so devastated. Fast forward five years later, I got pregnant with my son. When I went to the doctor's appointment to hear his heartbeat for the first time, the minute I heard it I cried like a baby. At that point I was nervous and scared that what happened before would happen again, part of me did not want to go to that appointment because I did not think that I could handle another loss. ( i had 2 miscarriages before I got pregnant with my son) At the same time my heart wanted to go to that appointment to make sure that the baby was okay. Sending prayers for a healthy pregnancy!
