For South Indian food, you should try India House Restaurant. I was born and raised in Dubai, lived there for 15 years. Been in Canada for 24 years now. For South Indian food, we always used to go to India House.

Try their choolay bhatauray like wise chanay puri in pakistan but you ll love their bhatauray made up of suji , extremely light and phooli hui. Do try PURANMAL at al murraqabat road , al rigga dubai. You wont regret visiting that place

Hamza bhai Sev puri , raj kachori , vada pao , Indian mithai and other Indian delicacies are available in Lahore at Mithas (dha and gulberg). Highly recommended

In India nowadays the golgappas stalls have five different types of water khatta ,meetha,jaljeera ,hing water and one more imli ka paani .they have these big couldrons with tap fixed to it

we have all these thing in karachi too now, Rajdhaani delights and cool inn at boat basin for sev puri
