It depends from person to person, for example me and my mom were in the same car w/o AC so when we got out I was sweating tons while my mom had little to no sweat even though she had more layers than me. Also, it depends on the physical exercise, it's said that those who are more active sweat more than those who are not that active and also it's considered those who sweat more to be more healthier than those who don't sweat that much.
