It's a classic romantic comedy style of film making. It was big in the 80s and 90s. Usually the reminiscing is done years later by an elderly people with the flashbacks being grainy with no audio and the shots set up horribly. Casey puts a modern spin on things with edgy music, high quality equipment and one hell of an eye for setting up shots.

Damn the water is always so beautiful. It always blows my mind when I go to the beach in Italy that there's no sand on the beaches but just a fuck ton of super smooth pebbles instead. +No Well Rapallo is on the eastern side of Italy and the water was fine and there certainly was a lack of trash but I've never been to a beach on the western side of Italy though so if that's how it is, I guess I'll take your word for it? I'll definitely be adding Croatia to my list of places to visit though, from the vid it looks fantastic and if your comparison is true then even better a reason to visit

It's not, this is city of Hvar on Hvar island, while King's landing is Dubrovnik, city on mainland. They're 100 miles apart.

I don't think showing about 10 minutes of their vacation, some of which was just Casey anyway, is intrusive or annoying. He even didn't daily vlog during it specifically so he didn't have to spend time editing
