My life was forever changed on Tuesday 4th January 2022. After getting caught by a nasty rip tide on Kid's beach in Leisure Bay. If it wasn't for lifguards on duty, the NSRI team of Port Edward and total strangers on the beach, my 14 year old nephew and I wouldn't be alive today! Thank You all so very much for doing what you do, a selfless act, We Salute You!!!!
Actually, I like the music, it sets the mood. Sea Rescue is not always about wildly dashing about, but involves a lot of quite reflection and introspection. Nice video ...I like it.
I used to support them with a debit order. Now that I am unemployed I no longer can afford this. They still phone me regularly, even though I told them I am unemployed. I had to block their number and they still try to get hold of me, sometimes phoning as much as 3 times a day when they are looking for donations
Guys, great video, but the soundtrack is a terrible choice! It put me to sleep! You have here some of the most striking and most exciting visuals on the planet and it's ruined by soundtrack that belongs in a meditation dvd. Come on! This is sea rescue - as a Platinum Shore Crew Member, I know that you guys are some of the most badass people on the planet and yet this is the video that represents you all? Come on!! Where's the excitement? Where's the drama? Where's the intensity? Where's the energy? This video conveys none of that. Such a disappointment!! If you are interested in a re-edit, I would be honoured if you would let me know. I work with some of the best film production guys in the country, I would love to show you what this video could have been.
Hi Richard, thanks very much for the constructive feedback. And thank you for your generous support through monthly giving. The pace of this video was intentional but we equally love action with energy. Watch this space.. we are making a series of different clips. You will love our next one I am sure.
