Our self build Camper Car :) 

Made from 2 sheets of 9mm ply and scrap wood found around the garage, our removable pods were very cheap to build - under £150 which includes the rubber mat boot protector, hinges, magnets, foam for the mattress, black felt and silver insulation.. The blue fabric was recycled and the drawer tray was made from the board of a broken cross fire game.
There is just enough space in the foot well under the bed head to fit the portaloo and the cool box fits behind the taller pod, leaving plenty of room to get in and out of the side door.
Bedding and clothes fit nicely in the back pod whilst chair, blinds and tarp fit in the other. We use the taller pod as a kitchen for the cooker, washing up bowl, tins and crockery etc.
