We faced a layover of over 6 hours, arriving at midnight. We hoped to sleep in the sleeping room, but it was full with no booking allowed. We ended up resting at a booth. Then, we still desired a shower to freshen up before our next flight, but it was also not available. Despite these challenges, we managed our time well and eagerly anticipated these experiences. I think he is right to complain these flights are over 10k each and part of the price they say you pay for is the exclusive access to the lounge, they promote and tout the shower and sleep rooms yet BOTH he couldnt use???!! I would be upset too!. I also noticed the planes and overall service is worst than other legs. terrible cathy pacific old planes with tears and missing parts , tears in the seat , running out of food and snacks ... just terrible.. imagine paying 5k a seat and they run out of chips and food and your seat has tears in it..
Hello. Good question. Generally, airlines expect passengers to leave items such as blankets on the plane. Taking items, especially premium-class amenities, might violate airline policies. It's advisable to check with the airline staff for specific rules. Though we didn't attempt 😉🙈
