Why is it that people who whistle just expect everyone to be ok with it?
@Sparrowdean
@Sparrowdean 6 лет назад
Bruce McIntyre I can't understand why anyone would not be OK with it. People do that when they are happy or to help them concentrate. Personally, I find it reassuring if I notice it, but it doesn't normally register. We all have our little quirks, part of being human.

It is sad the area steps take up... only good part is the storage you can build into each step. I was in one conversion bus where they ran steps up the side wall to a landing that met the back wall, turned and continued to roof. They let the foot of there bed run under the landing and of course the under side of every step was used for storage that could be.

So great of a build. Everyone getting into it is great. When my mother gets into it she kinda goes against the grain and makes things hard or in some cases dangerous , but she is honestly trying. ,,,,But I love the comroderey involved between everyone here. I have e question about the lower body on these great BlueBirds the lower rub rails that span the entire length of the body from about wheel well height all the way to just below the windows. Can any of that awful rub rail be taken off to expose flat metal below? Or even taken off and have flat sheet metal put in its place ???? I've noticed that awful rub rail in these gorgeous bus builds with perfect paint and interior , but that gaudy goofy rails running down the bus that look more like they should be on the gaurd rail of a bridge than on a motor home , it sticks out and ruins a very nice build.

Do you think it’s better to overlap the panels like that and lay caulking down or to buy a peice of channel / (kind of like a strip or tounge and grove thing ) where both sheets slide into a channel . And then that’s riveted together. Instead of having the seams where the lap os

Many and I mean many other builds riveted the metal panels directly to the tubing and didn't bother overlapping horizontally,definitely not needed, entirely up to you but now you have a panel ending where there isn't a post unless u add one, so you've lost that rigidity . Oh well !!
