It has been several months since my last post and a lot has happened in that time. The 2022-23 rainy season came to an end with our last rainfall event happening in early March but the last significant rainfall over 10 mm happening on February 24, 2023. In the intervening months, I’ve travelled to various parts of Zambia for botanical consulting work in between managing our smallholding. However, it’s now time to start getting back to documenting what is happening around the farm as we transition from the cold dry season (our winter here in Zambia) to the hot dry season (our spring here in Zambia). So thanks for joining us as we move forward in readiness for the upcoming 2023-24 rainy season!
