Our Stay at Waterford Castle Hotel Resort 

Thanks to Waterford Castle Hotel Resort for having us!
As part of our 8-day tour, we traveled from West Cork through Cork City & onto Waterford. We enjoyed a two-night stay on the private island of Waterford Castle!
Waterford Castle Resort is just outside Waterford city so it’s close to drive to the attractions but once you arrive you have 310 beautiful acres of private island to enjoy.
The island is home to Waterford Castle, award winning dinning, a champion golf course & contemporary lodges. We stayed in lodge #7 which had 3 bedrooms, ensuites, a full kitchen, sitting room & beautiful outdoor facilities.
