this song is a very sad song. i've actually chose this song when i lost my best friend. she had cancer and she put on a brave n strong smile. every once in awhile i'll see her cry but i've been by her side through the whole thing till the end. It was one of thehardest things that i had to witness, but i stood by her side. What i'm trying to say is that no matter who you meet that person that you grew close with will have a secret or something that is a medical condition. but being a true friend is being there for your close friend and letting her see that your not leaving.

Im sorry to hear that, but lets not be sad because we lost our family and friends, lets hold our heads up high, smile, and be proud that we got to know them, that we got to have fun with them, and all the amazing times you guys had will never be forgotten, be proud that she put on a strong smile for you and always keep her in your memories, everything will get better in time, i lost my grandma to cancer as well, tbh ive forgotten how to smile without her being here, things have gotten better, but not by much, i still cant smile, I've lost my sence of humor, what pains me more is that, i was my grandmas favorite out of me and my siblings i miss her so much it still hurts, but i try to be strong for her as much as i can

It will be the 4th anniversary of my brothers death in a few days, and i happen to find this video of one of my favorite anime of all time. The song combined with my feeling for the show and the ones i have lost left me in a puddle of emotions and tears. For that i thank you Animers and curse you. Anohana was my third anime, it was during freshman year of high school during a time where I buried all my sadness and tears numbing myself to those feelings. After watching I balled my eyes out not only for the characters but also for everything that happened to me years prior I cried for hours. I’ll never forget Anohana not till my death and even then I’ll remember.

Not that depressed but you’re heart will ache when you hear about it again and trust me this anime made my eyes have a bit of tears in them which is an accomplishment for a person who can’t cry
