Beautiful story.. I'm in a BW/WM marriage and we were brought together in a similar fashion spiritually. I use to be a fashion model who had come to understand that despite me being wealthy, I was not fulfilled on all levels in my life. I wanted a husband to share this journey with and not a boyfriend. So I started to meditate to God about sending me a husband. He told me to remain patient and continued to meditate for serenity/awareness to know when he would show up. On the other end of this story was my now hubby. He was had just finished a bad breakup a year prior to meeting me. One day as he was leaving church after being baptized for the 1st time, God said for him to look up that the billboard, when he looked up, it was me in an advertisement on a billboard. He said he could clearly hear GOD saying this is going to be your wife in a year. We met exactly a year later on an app. We got married within 3 days. Be careful about confusing Christian with NOT living a Christian life. If one is picking and choosing what works for them while sinning or even worse knowingly sinning. Remember people one cannot have a seat at the Table of God while also sitting at the table of sin. Our father specifically warns us that we will not be welcomed into his kingdom if we knowingly chose sin. The bible verse you quote from Romans 8:30 means, God will always love you, but, it does not mean he will be with you while living a knowingly/chosen sinful life while also knowing what God has commanded you to do and the way you should live. God will in fact turn his back on us because we have turn ours to him. This is written in the bible 100's of times over. God bless you and ALWAYS put God first in everything you do my brothers and sisters. Obey God, strive to be like Jesus and spread the good news about him and Gods promise to us all who do not know him.
