Ah yes, I was waiting to see that rock dam. What would a creek swimming hole be without one? Never been to Libby Creek, but during my life, it's been; Rattlesnake, Lolo, Bitterroot, Grant Creek, and McDonald Creek. Inner tubing down the Bitterroot... so relaxing, and so much fun. You know... the start of your walk to the creek, reminded me of the smell of Montana evergreens. I miss that unique summer smell, that _(almost)_ only western Montana has. Ps. Ever made wholewheat, sourdough burger buns? It's like making a boule, just smaller & flatter. Slice them open and grill the inside with butter, and you've got a seriously good burger bun. Elk burger patty, Swiss cheese, sauteed mushrooms & onions, and topped off with a barbeque sauce. My mouth is watering. And while I'm at it; I bet you could make a wing-dinger of a patty melt, with that bread you baked.
Wow....Love to see you and your sister's family videos! I have a creek behind my house that if you saw it you would want to vomit! That water is amazing!!!!! How close are you to Canada? Just curious. Not too many places in the U.S. with that clear water. Looks like bath water! Crystal clear is putting it mildly. Thanks for sharing!
