You are forgetting something. pak domestic is not India domestic, there is an eye test and that is way more important than just stats, Saim has quality, jaiswal has played much more cricket than Saim, they may be the same age but in india there is much more cricket. the reason why Pakistan brings the talented players into international is because that is where they will get international batting coaches fielding strength training nutritionists, and consistent top level net practices. Example is Abdullah, tell me he didnt get better after training with the pakistan team, Pakistan brings the players into international intensionally because that has always been how pakistan has found its most promising players, domestic is important but you can never ignore an eye test espicially since saim has also played domestic and scored runs, aswell as psl and cpl. Saim has the same quality as jaiswal he just doesnt have the same playing expiriences

Whilst your argument is valid about how Jaiswal and Ayub have different performances to eachother, remember there is a bad stage in every player's career. I'm not an advocate of Ayub or like him personally but I do encourage the aggression he brings onto the table similar to Fakhar Zaman, especially with with range of strokes at play. For all those Mohammad Rizwan fans and appreciators , Rizwan had 26 T20is played at a specific point with an average of 17.23 and strike rate of 97.8. Took him 40 matches to up that average to 50 and put the strike rate to 128! Ultimately aap ki logic flawed hei, Jaiswal is extremely good no doubt about it lekin eik time bhi aye ga when he underperforms, why are you not speaking about his bad performances in the 2024 IPL? Players like Ayub and Mohammad Haris need tons of time due to their natural game of playing aggressive. Either players have a REALLY bad start to their career before gradually getting to a really good point or it is the other way around. It is also quite a shame that everytime people say, "where is the batting talent?". Batting talent is there for players like Ayub, Haris, Haseebullah, even Haider Ali. It is just a shame that people don't have patience of more than couple of international matches to see their youngsters prosper, even though they are aware they have good First-Class and LIST-A performances.

Hit the nail on the head bro. Cricket aside it’s often said in Pakistan that their youth are very talented, especially on comparisons with India and blame the government for their lack of progress. This is not correct, unless one works towards their skill sets the talent will never come to any use. Talent can be likened to potential energy its use will not be realised till such time this is converted into kinetic energy. PE to KE is possible only if it’s in motion. Similarly the Pakistani youth should work to convert whatever PE they possess to realise to convert into KE . Just saying that the youth are talented is hogwash, they should work on their education , develop a logical and enquiring mind, free themselves from the radicalised and fanatical triggers that are everywhere in Pakistan.
