Are you a dog parent who’s intrigued by the tiny house movement? Are you curious what life is like living in a tiny house with big dogs? You found the right video and we're so excited to show you around.
We’ve been living in our dream tiny house with our three Siberian Huskies since summer 2021, and we’re excited to share with you tips & hacks on making it an amazing experience. Be sure to watch the full tour of our cozy tiny home.

As an interior designer, I have a special love for beautiful aesthetics and functional spaces, so this video can give you ideas on how to make tiny living a comfortable and an extremely pleasant experience for the long-term. Your house looks so cosy. I have seen so many tiny house tours over the past 7 or 8 years.. my suggestion would be to add on a beautiful covered porch that is at the same height as your floor in your tiny house. You can put a dining table and chairs.. and another sectional sofa.. add a fireplace or one of those fire tables or outside heaters... you can also screen it in so that you can open your sliding glass door and the outside instantly becomes part of your house at least 3 seasons of the year.

haha! It's a continues learning and changing process but so worth it. There’s way too much toxic exposure embedded in modern day life. Of course you're not nuts!

Great to see a reasonable size couch - some tiny houses just have a love seat and idk what if you want to curl up with a book? And if your partner wants to join you, you both have to sit up

It's beautiful! You guys did such a nice job picking out materials, and the wood is perfect--definitely a cozy cabin vibe. The styling is also lovely (great cushions, colors, and decorating everywhere), and you and the pups look so happy. Outbuildings are a great solution for storage. Someday, you could add a screened-in area to enjoy half the year, or longer, if you add an outdoor fireplace. So many possibilities! Thank you for sharing your home. Enjoy!

After completing the shed and gaining more building experience, we thought why not build a second structure that’ll serve as a screened-in bedroom (with no Wi-Fi or electrical hookups, just nature). Awwww, sweet friends, you are my “tribe”! I love this tiny house - it’s perfect! I am so glad you went with the colors and theme YOU wanted! I love the cushion covers you made Vee, and everything blends together perfectly! Vee - I am a fan of dragonflies - in a past video I thought I noticed one on a tea/coffee set that you have up on a shelf in this video - I may be wrong on that - but do you have dragonflies above your sink in the window? They are precious! Thanks so much for sharing this video! Jc - I love the “hutch” idea for your workspace! It is great getting to see you more in the recent videos! I am trying to find remote work that doesn’t mainly consist of answering phones and that would allow me to live in a very similar manner. Dana, your comments always makes us smile. A big, big smile! We love you guys. It’s funny you mention the dragon flies. They’re actually a very meaningful symbol of our relationship. There’s a back story about it. And yes, we still have the terra-cotta teapot set with hand drawn dragonflies. It’s sitting on a shelve left of the kitchen cabinets. And we do have two gold dragonfly ornaments on the window sill behind the kitchen faucet. 😊 Thank you for the kind words and compliments on our tiny home. We love it, and it’s been a great experience so far. Regarding working from home, not sure if I mentioned this in a previous video or story, but we both used to work at a corporate job for many years. It took us about 3-4 years to flesh out a good escape plan. With a good strategy, grit and determination, and passion, I know you’ll find a way soon! Our best wishes to you and your beautiful family! Your home is so cozy. You were completely right with going for the wood and style you wanted. The only part I wouldnt like is the loft. No ladders for this girl lol. Thank you! ❤️ Yes, we had already planned and visualized the aesthetics of the cozy and woodsy interior before building, but the builder/architect couldn’t see it. They were pushing us into a white-wash, but he was pleasantly surprised how it came out. Aside from our background in info-tech, Victoria is a designer a heart. The Squad is very happy, and we’re enjoying living here too!

As expected, everything has a place and everything in their space, including the huskies. You planned really well for such a tiny space. As much as I love the idea and you've certainly managed to put a capital C in Cozy, my 20 filled bookcases wouldn't fit. We'll have to live vicariously though you. Hello family! How lovely it has been watching your tiny house tour! You can't imagine how happy I am waching the perfect home for you... and for me, in dreams hahaha. If someday I finally have my own house, it would be in white and wood, now I see your tiny house I think that choosing wood it's the best choice, it makes all look so comfy and beautiful. I love every detail, those golden dragonflies are perfect for bringing love and good vibes to your house. All the lights you've chosen are magical and they give the perfect light. You also did a great job with the cushions, I love the colours! Your work station looks great too. I was all the time looking at Tidus at the top of the screen while you were talking, he is watching you all the time, then I saw his toy when you show us your bedroom, I remember that beautiful gift you recieved and now it fits perfectly with all the home decoration, I'm sure he is smiling watching all of you in that unique and magic place. Congratulations for that special place, I can't wait to see more of it, outdoors are a dream too, I'm so so excited to see how it will look with christmas decoration! It could sound weird, but when I see your videos is like living for a moment a dream, and they inspired me to keep looking for my dreams come true, they are little dreams, but sometimes they look so far away, but you make me think that maybe they are not as far... Yay!, We missed you! It’s beautiful Thank you for your warm welcome. My sister and I are interested in tiny home if you don’t mind who designed and built it we are thinking of getting 2 one for her and one for myself. We don’t use a microwave oven for the same reason.

I'm so glad you don't use micros! It makes food taste horrible too. I much rather cook fresh always, or just warming up on the stove or in the oven :) I think it's an amazing idea for two sister to live this lifestyle. Are you planning to go full time tiny like we are? I wish I could recommend our builder, but it will only be a disservice to you. The building process was a terrible experience because they didn't communicate with us for months after they got our big deposit. It was terrifying. They made decisions without asking us (like swapped the countertop choice and other things), argued with me about how they think we should design the color and feel, an only got in touch with us when the next big payment was due. They also charged us for items they didn't deliver (like solar connections etc) and it took them almost a year to pay us back for those items and they only did so because we publicly commented on their IG. For about 3-4 months we stressed so hard that they'd just take our money and not deliver the tiny house. They added so much stress to our life in 2021, and this is not how building a tiny house should be. I suggest to research the company you go with on google before making such a big decision and read EVERY review people leave - including on Better Business Bureau. This company has racked up a number of bad reviews (for the same reasons as ours) since we bought ours, but of course they are creating fake google accounts to try to mask the bad reviews with newer good reviews. so be very thorough with your choice! Thank goodness we are very happy with the overall results, but I would never recommend them.

Idea for dining table. There is a small fold out like like an old fashion TV tray table but one surface can be for 2 or 4 people that you can open into your livingroom couch area. When you don't need to use it you fold it and put it away. It can also be us for work too

For cleaner water actually purified water we found the Berkey you just pour any water into it and it filters it. We did so much research check it out.

We actually do have a Berkey, it’s fantastic, and we used for a couple months in our previous home, but we like the convenience and purification of Epic water filters too. That’s what we use in our tiny home right now. We made a video about in our Doggo Life channel, and we’re publishing an updated Epic water filter video soon. Thank you! ❤️ With limited space, we had to do our best to think about everything. We installed a mobile fence with a perimeter large enough that they can roam freely and do zoomies, but close enough that we can still keep an eye on them. There are tons of wild life around here! 🏔❤️

Your dogs are so well behaved. My dog eats raw for one of her two meals. My vet kinda poo-pood raw food, but I feed it anyway. I also have 4 cats, so a house full of pets. Thinking of tiny house on my daughter's property.

Hi. Congrats. Sounds like the contractor wanted to cut corners, sorry. Because of the wall colour, I might have painted the upper cupboards the same colour as the nice open shelving. Plus🙂, the colour would draw the eye up faster so, lengthen the area. Microwaved food tastes different. Mini-split? Whenever possible, go for a dual hose AC / humidifier / heater. I promise you won’t be sorry. My place is quite small too. Women definitely want a floor length mirror. (Certainly, a tiny home wants mirrors.) The stove is so cute! I guess you’d need to exercise the dogs five times per day? Love the way you took a full mid-video-tour break😃. Cheers🌬️🕊️😌.

I really enjoyed watching your video and seeing inside of your tiny home! it made it feel like as if I was there in person taking the tour 🤗 you guys did such an amazing job on everything and it looks professionally done! tiny homes are definitely on my to-do list because I would like to create a living space like that for me and my son shadow 🤔 you don't mind me asking, do you guys have your own online e-commerce or business? or something that allows you to have the freedom to live a more simpler life and be there with your husky squad full time? Great video! congratulations on your new tiny house-its beautiful! My dream is to have my own tiny house. I have two dogs and one of them is a 7 month old husky. Hopefully by the time I purchase or build my tiny home, I will have a second husky. Therefore, I can see my self living like this with my dogs. Have you ever thought of purchasing a projector? There are so many models now and very small. I own one and when I don't feel like watching on my tablet I watch on one of my walls. Thank you for sharing your life.
