Christina, I just want to let you know how much I appreciate how transparent you are about your sleep struggles. While I am NOT the mother of a newborn, I have been struggling with insomnia/sleep anxiety for the past month and a half... it's not fun. I could totally relate to the part of your routine where you kind of give yourself a pep talk about how it's okay if you don't sleep. I am a college junior with a lot on her plate, so I would appreciate getting sleep, but as you said... this is only temporary! You're a warrior woman, and you will get through this!
