That was so fun! I love your fresh, artistic, modern style. You've done a great job of capturing the "mood" of the party house while honoring the midcentury style. We bought a 1962 ranch house by the ocean in Florida (opposite coast) and you're right. Prices are good here for furniture and art. Also, we have a photo-booth snapshot collection like yours...so cute!

Love, love, loooove your home tour and design vibe. I would love to see more videos on decorating, particularly your decorating process, how to start, how to choose the right pieces, and how to make the rooms cohesive. I suffer from indecision and analysis paralysis that stops me from choosing the right pieces and pulling a room together.
