VOA Our Voices sat down with Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, or as she's been called, "Okonjo-Wahala" - meaning "Trouble Woman". Those names don't bother her, she says. Her list of credentials includes the Managing Director of the World Bank. In 2018, she was appointed to Twitter's board of directors.
