What makes this video so amazing is not the outfits or the locations or the speeches, it is the love that emanates between the two of you. It is so palpable and it touches the soul of everyone watching. May you both be so happy, so in love, so overjoyed always. Bless you Maryam and Nabeel. If you are ever in Toronto, would love to meet you. 😘

Why has holding a sword/talvaar become a trend? This is part of my Indian culture that hindu and Sikh men do. Please don't abuse it and convert it into a "trend". I have never seen a Muslim bridegroom use this and the sword clearly in his hand has punjabi written on it. Please have respect for other religious and cultural traditions.
xxplicitdyme1 my family is Punjabi, and holding a sword is both cultural and religious. It is not tied completely to just ONE religion. Holding a sword goes back to before independence during British Rule. The groom and bride would carry a sword to protect themselves from getting looted during the baraat.
