Uhhh well you missed a lot of you didn't catch any lol she mentionec a balanced diet including fruits and veggies, a good amount of Omega-3's, tomatoes, a regular routine of exercise, and solid hydration while also avoiding urinary irritants. So yeah lol plenty of natural examples.
