when you forget that Mouse was training in Opera before her illness confined her to her house/room. It strains her a lot last I remember to sing like that. Such a shame since the skill she has in singing are so good! She has done some karaoke streams with Twitch friends.
Mousey, Nyanners, Risu, and Gura are all "stealth" singers. You wouldn't expect them to be really good, and when they're just goofing off, they just sound okay. But when they actually seriously sing, they're DAMN good.
I feel like she mentioned on one of her streams that her health issues kept her from continuing on her musical career. It's too bad since she does have the talent for it.

Mousey is a national treasure, I have heard her sing plenty of times but every single time I still am blown away that such a powerful voice is coming out of our little gremlin. Especially with the severity of her lung condition it's honestly unbelievable she can still sing better than a lot of professional musicians, if one day she is back to full strength she'll be unstoppable.
For those who don’t know, mouse was an operatic coloratura soprano, a vocal type characterised by incredibly high notes and fast Runs throughout the range. She’s absolutely incredibly talented.
From what I understand, her condition is why she never got to really go into her chosen career. It’s hard to really sing for very long when your lungs are basically being eaten while you’re alive.
@@shadowninja569 she was born with her immune deficiency which got worse as she got older. Then she got a lung disease that shouldn't do much to most people but because of her condition really effed her, which was one of the things that killed her singing career. Nowadays with more stream money she can afford better medical help (she lives in the US so she has to pay for medical bills and stuff), and her condition has been improving a little. There is no cure for her, at least at present, but she may be able to improve her life some if things keep going the way they are going.
@@shadowninja569 these days she’s basically living a bubble, can’t really interact with others IRL, outside of trained medical professionals. But back in the day, she went to school, had relationships (explains why she is so horny these days) and she even told a story about going to Disneyland with her family (although she needed a wheelchair).
Mousey would be so powerful (even more) if she wasn't held back by her illness, she deserves the best, she works so hard, new viewers most of the time doesn't even know she has an illness. Bless mousey's soul.
A fan account made a popular clip of her talking about her illness private out of respect after Mousey said that's not what she wants to be known for. She also said she doesn't initially tell her streamer friends she has an illness when they first speak in private.

I was there for that stream and was utterly blown away with the levels of Disney Princess energy she was radiating. I heard her sing in her Operatic voice before, but it had felt like a long while ago, so hearing it again felt like a wild-haymaker just connected to my skull.

Yup, but in her current condition it's VERY hard for her to do for extended periods of time(as you can see it didn't hold till the end). Other than this she has performed Misterioso and a bit of Ave Maria in her operatic voice.

From what I remember, the most basic information is that she has a compromised immune system that makes it so she can barely leave her room without risking becoming sick
