@@DrangusKahn A lot of players would rather use characters they like instead of playing the stronger one, this is also why Blue Gogeta was one of the most used character even when he was considered below average to mid tier

@@DrangusKahn in 2019 Gogeta Blue wasn't comparable to what was meta back then (GT Goku/Bardock/Base Vegeta/Teen & Adult Gohan etc), it's only after his frame data was made better, his 2M distance vastly improved and his damage increased even more that people started to call him S tier Remember that the vast majority of the playerbase aren't competitive players, including their opponent, meaning that they don't have to play the best characters to get a victory What you see as "a lot of work" will be deemed as "what should be done" by others people, and those same people would insult you or have 0 respect for you simply because you're playing "meta" characters These type of opinions just lead to conflict and are unnecessary, we should all let people play what they want to play, after all it's their problem whether or not their character choices make it easier or harder for them to win, that's how they want to play the game, and there is nothing anyone can do to stop them anyway

I love labbing Trunks, but the mediocre damage for the amount of work and timing needed plus frame delay make it a frustrating experience online. Also the lack of any real mixup outside sparking doesn't help either.

You need a super jump to get jLML, that's why i'm holding superdash when doing 669 (holding S allows you to super jump, and superdash is H+S)

It stands for Bread and butter, it usually stands for a character’s most basic, effective and reliable combos, however the definition can vary for some people Some players are so good at the game that really hard combos are what they consider their go to combos, making them « bnb » for said players
