Saving my time again, thanks so much for the video, I'm glad you still visit this from time to time. I haven't played it for a long time, but sometimes I come back to spend some time fishing and I always turn to your videos.
kp: This max-drag method seems to work with the Tropicana DLC rod from the Amazon Boat pack, as well, and I don't see that much difference in efficacy vs. the wild congo DLC nilechasseur. Spare bailarina 7500 reels for that setup also unlock like 11 levels before the spare Giantspin 9k spinning reels do, as does the line (10 levels earlier). Obviously, that requires some expenditure, but in farming Congo in public rooms, I've seen surprisingly few people who unlocked the zone through natural means.
Indeed tested this setup for this video to, but was not really satisfied with the results.I had the impression the reel took more damage then the giantspin 9k.And lost more fish by slack line to. But offcourse its only my observation. If you don't see much difference,i'm going to try it again and see how it goes. Thanks
@@KpShamino I think in many hours of farming, I only lost one fish to slack line. I assume it with with the Bailarina, but to be honest I'm really not sure. I do think you may be right that they take more damage. I do think that the giantspin is a better option, but I only had access to the one that came with the Wild Congo pack (and even at level 76, am unable to get anything from the giantspin range, though l'impulsion and fileur, or whatever they're called, seem to work in a pinch). I think accessibility is the point... with the Bailarina setups, you can get going carrying extra reels at 68, whereas with the giantspins you can't get extras until 77.
Indeed the accessibility level is for me one of the most important things if i make a video.Next week i'm going to test the tropicana setup and see how it goes. Thanks for the info
how long will it take me to get from lvl 42 to anywhere near the amazon lvls doing this if i just pay for the congo dlc? i just wanna chill in the rain forest.
you should also make a detailed video about tiger fishing, in my opinion it is more fun and also gives more xp if done correctly than nile perch fishing.
mainly catching young nile perch with the jighead #8/0 setup, am i doing something wrong? edit: it feels a lot slower than usijng the setup with the texas rig, anyone else got this?
