u missed a step about adding the build id to the citizen.ini , u would copy the build number and paste into that cit.ini

@@jherrbo Go to GTA V folder and then on the top part of the folder there is File , Home , Share , View. Click on view, and then check the box where it says FILE NAME EXTENSIONS. Now you can see Reshade.ini .log .dll .rpf etc.
