Hiciste la soldadora inverter más chica del mundo. Tu canal y conocimientos son increíbles, me alegra que youtube tenga creadores de contenido como vos
I would love to know how you figured all that stuff out about the core, how you did the calculations on output power, air gap, turns, etc. Maybe you could do a video on that?
This concludes a wonderful DIY adventure. Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and passion! SMD components should improve cooling without sacrificing the size. Why not adding your 555 timing circuit and allow this welder to do spot weld for batteries tabs or thin sheet metal as well? I'm sure a portable all purpose welder would market profitably to DIYers.
I think there is absolutely no need to apologize for this "silly" project (other than RU-vid is a tough crowd sometimes). It is quite impressive, saves a lot of space (for us folks with a small workspace it's a big plus!), the arc looks as stable as from my big (and not cheap) inverter. It does most or all of the jobs needed in hobby welding context. And in case it breaks, you can repair it easily. It's a great project.
good day sir. I am a fan of yours since your subscription is 5k a few years ago. sir may I request you upload the files in SPRINT LAYOUT because one of your archives files was corrupt. please reupload the latest sprint layout, sir. thanks
Can I ask you this question the cord use for main power transformer is it ferrite or powder iron I am making push pull inverter and I need to know which core is better for low heating of the mosfet
Hello good afternoon all right? I liked your project, but describe more about the main transformer of how to wind it up in this configuration that your circuit remained, because I have many doubts. thanks
Well i wonder if making a case with thick aluminium with groves and using this as radiator would improve performance without sacrificing dimensions. I know that in audio amplifiers this solution is used.
I have the ZX7-250 220V it came without the electrical plug lol just a blue and brown wires showing! Now my questions to you is #1 What kind of USA plug do I need for this welder to work right with the 220V ?#2 Is how is this welder grounded 🤔 With just these two wires that needs a plug that put on the electrical power cord?
Saludos amigos, me gustaria intentar hacer el circuito, me regalas el plano por favor Greetings friends, I would like to try to do the circuit, will you give me the map please. download the file but you can't see anything, it seems like it's bad
can we make a simple dc welding machine with triacs and rectifiers and without any transformer ? they can give very high currents and we can adjust the voltage output .
One more question .Now would it help this welder life out by putting a grown wire to the body of this welder?Or is this welder already grounded some how and all that it needs is the blue and brown wires connected to a two prong plug?????? This is the biggest part of to this welder working is putting the right plug on the end of this electrical cord!
Can you make the same version but with a 150amp output and an overkill cooling solution that lets it weld non stop without getting damaged or overheated! You can make it as big as you want as size isn't of my concern.
hello would it be possible to remove diodes on the output side to make ac instead of dc ...so converting it to a ac welder instead of dc ????? thank you
Hi !Now your videos are very good .But the biggest thing people need to really know about this welder is what kind of outlet p plug do you put on the at the end of The electrical power cord where the two wires are showing!
You should have a lot of pride in what you do. There is no shame in it. Maybe you could now build a high frequency unit so you could weld ALUMINIUM. Use it to TIG WELD Copper, Brass, Silver, Gold or what ever your welding needs. That also would be a great video mate. Are the drawings to this welding machine on your site? I would like to build this myself. I think the Diodes are really to small. I wouldn't think the duty cycle would be very high. Maybe you need to check and see what the Duty Cycle would be. Along with the high frequency unit you should add a wire welding unit also. I look forward to see your next creation mate. Your time in teaching and showing off your knowledge is appreciated by me.
