Great project! Since everything is so tight I’m curious about what movements with a change of weather.

Wouldnt you have to worry about the wood expanding and contracting and possibly splitting apart?

If this wasnt a demonstration for the XL I think a better design for some of the frame would be 2x4s stacked together instead of a 4x4. At least eaiser to work with
