Really like this🙂 this is really obvious on expeditions. Those starting off having all sorts hanging off their rucksacks vs those who have done it before who carry a lot less. I've definitely been guilty of this in the past. Better to work smarter than harder🙂
Couple of great videos over the last few days Adam - can’t disagree with a word of what you say! Sometimes the amount of kit people bring with them on an expedition as ‘essential items’ staggers me!
