How do you like the smoker so far? I’ve been looking at this for a few days now. I love my pit boss vertical, but I miss the enjoyment of charcoal and wood. The problem with the inventory showing in stock online and in the system is because their systems update once every 24 hours. A lot of retailers are that way and you’d think by now they’d adapt a more up to date system.
I like it a lot. I did a brisket in it and smoked some cheese. I like that it has the hanging hooks and I'll be doing some deer sausage in it this fall for sure. I was upset that Academy puts them together ( unless you pre-order one and ask them not to assemble it). I had to take a few things off to seal it with gasket seal. Overall I really am enjoying it
