I would like to purchase the logs and all the materials to build this. What warehouse will accommodate all my needs to build this. Thanks for your help.
This is a modular package, correct? everything is precut and pre stained? So, the Total customer-price is 8,244? ….Meaning the installation labor cost + your profit margin is roughly $5,000, yes? 3 guys working 3 full 8-hour shifts each. Meaning, I imagine, a site-prep shift, an install shift, a finishing shift. Here’s hoping you pay each workman $250 per shift and all 3 work 3 days straight. Cuz that leaves you $2,750 for profit + permit cost + incidentals; that’s a 20%-30% potential for profit. That’s a fair price. However, If a workman is missing, or site-prep takes longer, or incidental costs go off the rails, this project would not produce referred-customers or strong QA numbers. The winning scenario; a Solid, skilled team, equipped, punctual, hard working, permits ready…. this can be a great source of income for a reputable contractor.
