Join me for an outdoor Pilates workout on the Charles River in Boston!
This total body flow is on the gentler side (but not easy). We'll mix in feel good mobility movements throughout the flow. No flexion-based core work in this one, instead we'll focus on diaphragmatic breathing and stabilizing the spine in neutral.
I had some mic issues during the first side body series, so I switch to a voiceover just for those 5-6 minutes.
If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach - and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)
