The trailer for the show really didn't do this show justice. I kept going back to the trailer and finally forced myself to watch it because I was bored, and I have to say this is probably in the top 3 best shows for Netflix. Most shows just stretch the storyline and just end up leaving the whole plot of the show open(e.g. Riverdale). With that said, I love how the show was not predictable (for me at least) and how the first season just felt like a finished masterpiece itself. And the whole cast did such an amazing job. Keep up the great work y’all

As a long term OTH fan who has rewatched the entire series 5+ times - I must say OUTER BANKS is one of the best shows to come out in a long time since shows like OTH aired. There was something so wholesome & genuine about characters & relationships in the early 2000s TV that shows like OTH, The OC, Dawson’s Creek, & Friday Night Lights did so well. Those shows had characters that felt like real people that the viewers cared about because we felt like we knew them. And after binging Outer Banks I must say this show has that same formula, I genuinely cared about these characters & I think fans of OTH should give this a chance.

the thing i hate experiencing is when i finish a whole season in one day and then have to wait for a season 2 IM OBSESSED WITH OUTER BANKS

JJ and Kie have INSANE chemistry it's unreal, like Pope and Kie have a little but because Rudy and Madison are such good friends they just click and are super natural

It’s been awhile for me to find a show that ticks all the boxes and this ticks the LOT

Idk one tree hill the characters on that show have been through hell. Like Lucas in a car crash and survived. One tree school was held a gun point. They survived Dan killed Keith. Lucas and Nathen both can hold their own in a fight. So I think Outterbanks and one tree hill are a tie in My book. Anyway Outterbanks was so freakin awesome. My cousin talked me into watching. I wasn’t sure about it and held holding it off. But man I’m so glad I watched it. John B is my favorite. What love about the character he was stupid. Like some shows I have seen where main characters trust someone thing they are going to help them and they get burned in the end. John B kept his guard up and didn’t tell other people besides his friend know he knew about the gold. No matter what they did for him he never told a soul. If that makes sense .
