I love how every character (other than DD) looks so happy to sing up until they are corrupted even slightly. It’s like they were like “hey this looks fun, let me have a turn- OH SHI-!”

I loved how Daddy Dearest was still able to last a good while even with all FOUR corrupted.

As an OG fan of the Friday Night Funkin' - Corruption mod series, i really appreciate the way this video was presented, with newly made sprites, from the other fan FNFC Mod. At first, it seemed that it would be a weird experience, but, in the end, your video really made me feel something that i've felt when the SBF week dropped. Thank you.

Despite all of the lovely transitions with all of the characters, I think the most prevalent one is the consistency of the Spooky Dance, no stutters, no need to wait for their idle animation to start up a bit before going into the dance seamlessly. Props to the guy in charge of idle animations and anyone else who does this kind of stuff.

Damn, this hits hard. Pico was this one dude that's strong, Has a lot of stamina, they got corrupted, skid 'n pump were fighting hard to, MM was going strong too, And DD he fought the hardest! Keep doing that amazing shit dude!

Analysis time! They lose because they play their cards wrong: 1 they dont attack at the same time which could prove much more effective theoretically 2 skid and pump,the weakest link,tank the attack from the corruption but it fakes them out,captures them off guard taking them out. 3 Pico takes the brunt of the attack from the 2 corrupted individuals, DD unable to reverse the corruption reliably at this point 4 MM taking the brunt after pico falls,DD obviously not able to reliably reverse the corruption but continues to try,ultimately screwing himself over in the end. How they could've potentially won: 1. Protect the weakest,being Skid and Pump. 2. Attack in pairs or more for each turn not allowing CBF to get the jump on them 3. Have Pico and DD tank the corruption mostly(they have better feats of resistance against it here than the others) Alternatively, they could've let pico take the brunt of the first few attacks as he has good resistance whilst also DD reversing it for him,and once CBF is weaker they all move in at once and attack I could be wrong but this is just how I think it could've went down

Worst plan *EVER* Corruption struggles to beat DD in solo, so its would be better for team to distract CGF, while DD fighting with CBF. What they did? Everyone went to help DD, even weak characters like skid and pump. Corruption started to take weakest first, and soon *Outnumbered* DD, so he had 0 chances to win

Kinda thought it would be a tag team situation, when someone takes front line and once some corruption makes it on them, they swap out to recover a bit, but a losing battle is great too

Does anyone else think DD was trying to reverse the corruption for the others as long as he could, because he actually gets more corrupt as the others sing against bf, but when they start getting taken over he gets less corrupt.

3:55 God the level of detail in this thing is incredible- you somehow managed to sneak pico saying “what the hell” into there seemlessly- it’s like every time I watch this vid there’s more to find. Well done. Edit: I could be seriously overlooking it and those could just be his normal vocals, but it’s a nice Easter egg nonetheless

I love the moment when Mearest was corrupted how everyone just stood there for a moment, realizing everyone is gone except for Dearest. What a good song.

How I think the characters felt while they sang: DD: weakening and regaining energy Pico:Seeing what happens afterwards desperate Skid and Pump: Confident and then *defeated* Pico and DD: Very desperate and little *corrupted* MM: He comes out of nowhere (for some script reason) and helps relaxed and confident and let's also say little desperate

I like to think that Pico is the Power, DD is the Willpower, MM is the Courage, And The Kiddos are the Hope since they are obviously the most hopeful. However, with all of these come their downsides, The Spooks are Hopelessness when corrupted, Pico is Weakness when corrupted, MM is Fear when Corrupted. And when DD loses, he's when they all finally give up.

I love the subtle hints of the Undertale song Hopes and Dreams, as if implying there might be hope, until it is insisted less at the end when only Daddy Dearest is left, and about to be corrupted, and then it just stops entirely! Great job dude 👏 👏 👏

Definitely surprised me the other ones are just deathmatch remixes but this one caught my ears and attention fully nice work keep it up!

I love this song and it's such a great concept and it really shows how strong the corruption can be, my only complaint is that it's almost TOO STRONG. Like for example, it took Daddy Dearest, Pico, Skid and Pump to even slight uncorrupt Boyfriend, where as Boyfriend got Pump all at once and in *ONE NOTE.* That just seems like too much to me. Not to mention How Skid got fully corrupt in the span of maybe 45 seconds. And Mommy Mearest going from 0% corruption to like 85% so quickly. There's no smooth transitioning and it's all really sudden and out of nowhere for some characters. The exceptions being DD and Pico, they were done really well.

The fact the skid and pump are still spooky dancing probably means that they are really confident that they can save bf and gf

This is probably the best corruption Fan-made mod I've ever seen. Amazing song, and incredible charting. I actually made I version of it so that you can play as Daddy Dearest's side. This is a top-notch mod, and I'm sure many people assumed it was gonna be one of those mods that have bad charting, and songs that make no sense, but boy, when I watched this, I was shocked at the quality. Please, continue making mods like this. This is why people like FNF.

6:30 DD knows exactly what hes up against. His wife, daughter, enemy, two random kids, pico. He knows he wont make it out alive but he will put up one hell of a fight. And he does. He tries to buy time for others to escape and succeeds. He dies in the end but his sacrifice wont go unnoticed.

You know, I have a headcannon... Daddy dearest is boyfriend from the future. Hear me out. The theme for ludum dare 2020 was "Stuck In a loop", and FNF had won without incorporating the theme... In a noticable manner. Perhaps DD is trying to warn BF of something, and failing to warn him causes a loop... DD's vocals sound like BF's vocals, just more matured. So what if BF is a rapper and DD and is a former rockstar? I have a classmate in my music tech course who's moving over to Stage lighting and other aspects of live performance next year.

fun fact: the corruption strings he had. gave him extra corruption in order to weaken him more. and when corruption strings weakened him, the corrupted strings got back in his chest and his right leg too.

CBF: Can corrupt opposite side's members once the attack meter is charged. DD: Has the most defense out of the opposite side, also he can summon the rest of the members. Pico: Has a cool defense and quite hard chart, usually targetted. S&P: They have the ability to fight back CBF's corruption, most targetted and have medium defense. MM: Has the least defense out of the gang, also has hard charts, isn't really targetted as she appear too late. CGF: nyan cat fangirl ew

You know maybe the corrupted spread the corruption by the vocals they sing. DD, Pico, skid and pump, and everyone else seem to be corrupted by thin air. Now obviously skid is touching corrupted pump which means he will get corrupted faster. But maybe it’s not the vocals and there’s like a invisible barrier and anyone in that barrier will slowly get corrupted. Assuming everyone is in the barrier, they get corrupted. Slowly, but surely.
