Máster como hago para que el efecto que ponga a la voz, esté detrás, por ahí pregunté y me dicen que el efecto debería estar en predeley etc, pero en mi CQ20B no encuentro esa opción, o está con otro nombre, me podrías ayudar por favor 😊
Allen Heath doesn't have support for their products, only knowledge base. I bought CQ 20B recently and can't connect with CQ app on desktop computer. I used Ethernet cable. Guitar Center also didn't help me, just gave me instructions how to return. By the way I used many keyboards, plugins so I am pretty experienced in digital field and this connecting iss probably a simple but tricky issue.. Goodbye Allen Heath, never again.
They have given me great support before when I had an issue with my Zed I 10. They were friendly and walked me through the issue. I would say they have a great support team.
I have the CQ20B. I've used it with a desktop. You have to press the reset toggle button with something skinny like a pick. It toggles it to be connected by the Ethernet cable or by internal Wi-Fi. Flashing yellow is Ethernet, flashing blue is wifi. I found this in the user manual
