It sucks that the steel cage match didn't happen because that would've been awesome to see the Bloodline segment went too long but it was still a great segment and we didn't get any female Legends on Raw's 30th anniversary that was very Underwhelming
EXACTLY! the title tells it all! such a shame they did this throw back to the diva era... i was expecting a MOTY candidate from Becky vs Bayley and instead we got a pointless Sonya vs Bianca, bellow average match, such a shame
So apparently everyone has forgotten that Saraya's very first promo with all the AEW women's roster was her talking down and belittling the roster. This was building from the start.
My opinions: 1. I’m so mad about Raw last night! I waited all day to watch it and don’t get me wrong all the men’s stuff was great but it’s sad they can’t showcase the women. 2. It sucks that Wwe advertised the Women’s cage match like they did for nothing to happen. 3. I loved when Bianca came out to confront Charlotte bc that’s my dream Wrestlemania match! 4. I agree that I don’t know how I feel about Saraya becoming heel. I’ve said from when she arrived that something is just kind of off. 5. HARDCORE COUNTRY! That’s all I gotta say 😂 6. I wish that Aew would have Women’s tag titles. They have so many good and established teams already. 7. Smackdown also rarely had anything for the women. They didn’t even have a women’s match.
This was my first time going to a live show, and I must say it was very disappointing considering I was the most hype for the “Becky vs bayley cage match” but ofc they had to make it known that the damage ctrl was still a heel faction. 😭
WWE just puts the women on the backburner,most of them suck anyway except for Becky lynch,I like Charlotte and lita,I do miss Sasha Banks,I fucking miss Mandy Rose but other then that not missing anything.
Just adding my two cents. I understand the frustration with the steel cage match, but I think it was for the best they cut the match. Had they gone through with it, people would be complaining that either the match was too short or that it just didn't work out. I wasn't a fan of the Charlotte/Bianca/Sonya segment, but if they are going the route of Charlotte/ Bianca at WM, then we had to get some interaction (for better or worse) between now and April. It's unfortunate timing that WWE had the raw 30th on the same week as Rumble, and on top of that, they have to start putting the pieces together for WM. Personally, I hope they book Becky/Bailey for Elimination Chamber, b/c that feud is PPV worthy. As for cutting things like the DX segments or other legends, people have to remember two things, the live crowd is the most important, and the card is scheduled to change. I was there with my father, and I can tell you my father was excited to see these legends, and so were about 80% of that crowd, and if they paid a ticket, they are first priority.
I went to the SmackDown after Evolution and the only women’s match the entire night was Ember Moon & Curt Hawkins vs Alicia Fox & Jinder Mahal - for Mixed Match Challenge. 2 Days post the Women’s Empowerment show and then don’t even feature them. Was the entire reason I went.
I changed the channel when Charlotte named everyone but Sasha Banks. This whole pretending someone doesn't exist anymore because they left is trash. I like that The Bellas are holding them to the fire
i may get some of these things wrong but i just want to rant WWE and alot of the fans try to erase the Divas era because of how the women were treated at the time. I do understand that the women weren’t taken seriously during that era (maybe even now) but it’s also just sad as a Diva stan to see and hear people shade that era because the women during that time did the best they could. It wasn’t their fault their era was given 2 minute matches and cut-offs. Management held them back and even scolded them for putting on great matches that could’ve outshined the men (Melina vs Michelle McCool) Now for them to try to not even acknowledge the divas era? 💀 and also why do they always cut-off the women’s segments?? So many people try to discredit the Bellas as “legends”, Hall of Famers, and key players in the women’s revolution. The reason why they are where they are is because they took risks and stood up for the women. They would always speak out when the women weren’t being treated properly. They had to be professional, be the punching bags, and be dissed for being “divas” during the NXT call up in 2015 just to help elevate the women’s division. So while people try their best to erase them or discredit them, history can’t be revised hunty. It’s all facts. Oh and btw, for the people saying “women’t can’t draw audiences” “the men’s roster has more depth” “women segments are bathroom breaks” well whose fault is that? WWE makes the matches and WWE gives them the segments so if anything, it’s management’s fault. We do appreciate that the women have been receiving more opportunities to shine and showcase their talents. We just want to see consistency the same way as how the men are being booked too. So many times when women have stolen the show, yet we always back to square one :/

The excuse that Roman's segment was the reason the cage match got cut makes absolutely no sense. Charlotte isn't even on RAW but they made sure her segment wasn't cut even though all it did was set up Bianca beating Sonya for no apparent reason because she's Charlotte's championship contender. 0 logic at all and I don't even watch anymore lol
I swear if the Red Velvet/Jade Cargill storyline ties all the way back to Jade's first match with Shaq and Red with Cody, I'm gonna laugh! Red playing the long game by playing nice to cozy up to Jade after that loss only to try to take her down.
After Raw XXX, I am now hoping Naomi doesn't return to this year's Rumble. I say let Naomi get the last laugh and not return til they clean this mess up that is the current women's division.
A few things I’d like to point out; The ONE silver lining to their match getting cancelled is that they made Damage CTRL look very dangerous as a villainous faction, which they desperately need. 2. I may get heat for this, and I don’t mean to be rude. I like the Bella’s, a lot of people hate on them when they did contribute a lot to women’s wrestling. That’s almost undeniable. However I think they had the right message but the wrong people delivering it. They grouped themselves in with the women who are under appreciated, and they just are straight up not under appreciated. For gods sakes they’re in the hall of fame. I still like them standing up for it, but again, IMO, wrong messengers.
I really just don’t understand how Shawn Michaels can book multiple women segments along with the men and push stories or start new stories. He successfully merges both old nxt stars with current nxt. Triple H…I’m sure it’s not easy but it’s getting repetitive. No real feuds whether it’s mid card or not. All these returns made no noise and it’s not helping the tag division at all. He has to step it up
I don’t know what’s going on with wwe right now but I think I’m just gonna take a step back from wrestling until they get it together again I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the product right now

I was at Raw’s 30th and I had a feeling when they were jumping Becky the match was not gonna start. That was annoying but we did get Dana Brooke vs Nikki Cross on main event and then Bianca vs Sonya atleast. Both matches weren’t really good though lol. I had fun at Raw’s 30th but for also a women’s wrestling fan it was LAME.
if they were gonna cut something why cut the one of the few matches they were actively promoting there were random ass segments that could have even cut down but no the women get cut just because
Tbh looking at the bigger picture, having to turn Saraya heel is a fail on AEW’s part. WWE would have possibly handled her return in ring return so much better.

The screw up happened when they brought Saraya back not cleared. Look Saraya has the backing but in character she isn't liked by the AEW crowd because she is ex WWE. You don't line up her first match (return match) any other way. It had to be Britt Baker. Saraya is a natural heel anyways. The ONLY way she becomes a Babyface and succeeds at it is if she saves a Britt Baker from disaster.

Because the male legends matter and most fans want to see them,because they made the wwe what it is today and it is historic,could not care less if any women were on there because the show was still decent.

For all that Charlotte has accomplished it’s a shame that she will be known to be overly pushed because as much as she deserves them, I can’t wait for her to finally beat her dad’s record and even then for her to retire. She is to WWE what the new Galadriel is to ROP, like straight up.
The bloodline is the best thing going on in the WWE right now..and given the rock may not be coming back.. they could possibly be running with championship's rest of the year

I actually could tell the Raw XXX show was gonna suck due to the music they chose instead of a Rock or Hip Hop theme. Also they didn’t include all of the legends from the woman’s division just the men’s division
The biggest problem with Saraya being a face is that she has to be so limited in how she can be used. If she would become champion, and she's only supposed to be wrestling once every 30-some days it limits what you can do with her from a booking standpoint. Also AEW wrote themselves into a corner with the mystery tag team partner, and unfortunately that whole fall out fell on Saraya and Toni. I'm so so glad I didn't end up watching RAW XXX. And annoyed that I did watch SDL. I did watch iMpact tho and the fact that they are allowing the women to dominate the shows like they have been has been great. iMpact has always been SSS Tier when it comes to women's booking, even during their lowest points they were still booked better than anything outside of the 4HW. All of the matches were fun, and borderline great. Perrazo v the Jobber was the weakest, but again it was against a Jobber. It's not going to be a big blow out match. I think after the Rumble I'm gonna take a break from WWE again for a bit.

This is pathetic it really is,back in the day in the wwf there was no women wrestling matches hardly just be fucking glad that they have there own royal rumble match, titles, main eventing raw or smackdown ,ect and stop pissing and moaning,the absolute worst thing the wwe has done was make them the main event for raw and or smackdown,I usually always looked forward to the main events but when ever the women are in the main event I have to change it because that is such a disappointment to see them in the main event when they should be in the front or middle of the card.
