Outside Event | Christening Decor | Setup with me 

The client and I discussed the event being outside, but last minute the weather changed. I looked at the weather again before setting up, there was no rain for the rest of the night. So I decided to go ahead and begin setting up outside. Once I had finished setting up the tables and chairs. It began raining again. I then had to move some chairs inside and begin the main decor inside. You can also see that I even began decorating their dinner table like we had planned for the tables outside. It had been about 30 of no rain at this point. Once I finished the main decor with the balloons inside, It still was not raining. And I decided to begin setting up outside again. I ended up taking off the balloons from the arch wall and moving everything outside, as we originally had planned.
This goes to show, that outside events are incredibly unpredictable. There is a saying I like to say “An event is 99% planning and 1% the day of.” That 1% is what makes or breaks your event. It includes the weather, and other unforeseen factors.
