Very good installation video, very much appreciated. In the future personally I would like to see a wider pic of the whole shower from a few feet back before the closeup, to get a relation of where and what the project looks like or the goal. The detail was great, but a continual overview shot every couple of min would help. Really like the idea of the back drop for the shower, that could be applied in many situations and settings. Thank you so much for his video.
Looking to do exact same thing for a newly installed swim spa. Had a rough idea of what I wanted to achieve, but no idea of actual detail of doing it. This answered all the questions. Brilliant -- many thanks.
These shower fittings look like regular indoor attachments. I would have thought they'd rust if they were installed permanently outdoors, especially in the UK? BTW, your tutorial has been very helpful! Thanks
Nice vid. 👍 I didn’t see any insulation. Have you any concerns about pipes freezing, splitting and damaging the house? The PVC ‘seem’ to be rated down to 0 degrees C only.
You’re right. I did have concerns about frozen pipes which could then split. The isolators and drain offs were fitted for that reason. I turn the valves off in the winter and drain the pipes down.
