Outstanding Craven Week for Bathobele Hlekani 

Graeme College scholar Bathobele Hlekani, 18, had an outstanding
Craven Week for Eastern this year.
That then saw the giant flanker earn the award of player of the week
while also forming part of the SA Schools squad.
But before all of that success, Hlekani’s journey saw him go through
Emsengeni Primary, a school Springbok captain Siya Kolisi also
attended.
But it would be at Ndzondelelo High School where his love affair with
rugby started, before he moved to his current school in Makanda in
2021.
