Positivity doesn't do it for me. When ever I'm dialed into to the perfect routine to maximize my hours in a day and a healthy diet, eventually I become impressed with myself. I see the results after a few months and begin to fall back into my bad habits. NOT THIS TIME! I've watched every single video motiversity has! They have helped me stay sober for so many fuckin years! I put the fuckin work in to fix and change my life from a wannabe gangster to a real gangsta. My favorite training this month and this year are tree climbing, biceps, shoulders and forearms and sometimes pushups. legs are squats. bikeing, toe raise for calves and crunches and russian twisted for core and eventually skipping for burning more fat a bit easier. because skipping might be more fun than crunches and more fun then russian twist. I also train in swordfighting where squats, shoulders, forearms and toe raise dominate. I train in nature to heal my body and my soul. I barely socialise during between classes so I can train. I'ts not because I dont want to be unsocial it's because I want to reach my physical goal. When I wake up start by either stretching to soft my muscles up or I put water on my face to wake my body up. then for the rest of the morning while I ready myself I listen to tributes about gaming or televisions/movies. I showed my girl best friend today my video off when I climbed the tree behind our class room and she was shocked. not just about the video being scaled out so you could see more but also about how brave I was to reach such a height and what I was capable of. This day has been nohing but GREATNESS.
