Can someone please answer me? Has a fallopian tube removed 8 yrs ago, hysterectomy in 2012. I have a 9mm “ovarian cyst, that mimics the fallopian tube” (on the side that tube was removed. It’s of “solid & fluid component” they say it’s nothing to worry about!

If you've had a partial hysterectomy without ovaries can ovarian cancer still arise?
