I always have hot dogs ( all beef) and buns in the freezer. We pretty much do exactly what you did. A good hot dog can be the best meal ever. We love them. Thank you for a great video!

Oh my goodness that looks good. I wish I had known how to make these oven baked chilli cheese dogs when my girls were at home. They would have loved them. This brings back childhood memories. Having grandbabies now, my grandson who likes Sonic the Hedgehog (who loves chili dogs) wanted some. So I made 'em. I love your 'adult' version with the jalapenos. ;)

My kids & hubby loves when I make chili dogs in the oven it gives its toasted melted yummy flavor of cheese and toast and the raw onions and jalapenos set it off in another way. OF COURSE BEFORE EAT IT YOU HAVE TO ADD THE TWO DABS OF HOT SAUCE!!!!!❤❤❤❤great video
This is a wonderful recipe for oven chili dogs. We always make chili dogs with wolf brand. We have never put them in the oven like this. Also, we have never added mustard. We do add sauerkraut sometimes. I am so excited to try your recipe. I wish you would put your recipe in your description box. It's so much easier to follow the recipe after we watch the video. Can you learn how to put the recipe in your description box area?

Hi Talli Faye! Better than any chili dog I've ever seen. If I were to add sauerkraut to the mix, when should I add it? We did oven chili dogs before, but wrapped each one in foil. What a mess.
