Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 360 grams of farfalle pasta
- 2 onions
- 250 grams of mushrooms
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 zucchini
- 200 grams of mature cheese
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons paprika powder
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 x 400 gram can of diced tomatoes
- 125 milliliters of whipped cream
- 100 grams of spinach
