Yes, exactly. I work out three times a week Monday Wednesday Friday and I do stairmaster after working out for an hour. I’ll do stairmaster for 25 minutes at intensity seven.💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
I get this body by only using 80 g of protein a day generally just a mix of all the three things. I only take 20 grams. more than the RDA just because I am older. I tried taking other stuff and higher amounts and it doesn’t do any good unless I am not on some sort of juice or something as in Roids. I don’t take any testosterone at all, but then again, I probably won’t have problems with angiogenesis, heart, problems, or cancer😁💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
