WHY I OFTEN DON'T MENTION OTHER BRANDS IN MY VIDEOS.
You may have noticed that I often don't mention the original brands that watches I am reviewing pay homage to. This is very intentional and not meant to offend you or the original brands. I lost my first channel in October 2020 which I had spent 9 months growing and invested a significant amount of money in simply because I had mentioned the original brands in some of my videos. There are people who try to use RU-vids lack of understanding when it comes to the difference between homage watches and fake watches to attack other channels and their owners and sadly I fell foul of this in 2020. This channel was also attacked recently and RU-vid deleted content simply because I had said 'subby homage' and 'Rolex homage' in two videos despite the watches in the videos being perfectly legal homage watches. Please understand that I can not afford to risk my channel so I will no longer be mentioning other brands when reviewing homage watches.

Agreed. For me, it was the only one I would be interested in. But, since I have another SM that is _similar_ I would be hard pressed to convince myself to acquire another denizen for the watch boxes that only get to come out 1-2 times per month on a rotation. ;-)

I think Tandorio released the same mother of pearl dial on its own for $7. It might be worth it if you assemble your own watches.

@@richardpool9970 I gotta be totally honest with you Rich from the pearled dialled fluted Tandorio to the squared case Berny they're really the bottom of the barrel, absolute rubbish. I do not mean any offence to the hardwork of those involved.. the late night design meetings at Sea Knight to Liu Wang in the case polishing department at Lobinni .. but the gig is up.

I have four Boderry Titanium watches and they are the best regulated time keepers in my collection. Two are NH35, one NH34, and a Hangzhou 7200 Hi-beat movement. All run at +/- 3 sec day. Your dismissal of this microbrand is unwarrented as they are well specced and excellent value for money.

The keyboard Proxima looks cool, but expensive. San Martin too, going a bit Zelos on the dial, and the price too. I'd say it's more justified than a 100 ish ultra generic one though.

I like the Cronos chronograph. I have been on Aliexpress and bought the one with the brown strap for £137 including taxes. Looking forward to receiving it .Always liked Cronos watches. 👍

Hey Gary any chance of getting in touch with San Martin or Cronos and seeing if they might be interested in doing a gold dial Pepsi bezel Pogue homage? I really think it would sell - plus the OG three hander is discontinued by Seiko.

The Tactical Frog is a lot like the Orient Solar Chronograph I just bought from Jomashop for $189. Same movement, different Bezel, and I think the Orient is a bit thinner. But I must say I prefer TF's hour and minutes hands.

I agree with most that I want to see the last one, SN0144, and because I love the Seiko SPB411, I am curious about the Cadisen. As for the rest, I mean they are run of the mill AliExpress fair. The first DG isn’t bad either. Thanks!

Seems unfair to homage Brew and any quite recently created new company. But I am curious to see how it turned out. Dial design looks less detailed but they added the nh35 movement

Got a mistake in the description, Gary. Think you need to swap two Boderry's for Berny's. On closer inspection they've sadly sold out of the Sea King in yellow I liked and the Chronos vintage black with snow flake hands is only 36mm so not sure about that. The square Berny is tempting but maybe it's a bit too shiny. The new SN0144 looks very nice but trying to stick to my one watch per brand rule (at least for Aliexpress) and I ain't swapping my SN0129.

That last San martin you just featured reminds me very much of the Zelos Horizons watch. San Martins prices have just jumped up to Zelos and Phoibos prices. I doubt that they're anywhere near the quality of the last 2 micro's i just mentioned and their customer service is definitely nowhere near Zelos and Phoibos.... So why the big price hike?

the only one that piqued my interest was the first one the Daniel Gorman with either the silver or black dials ,the rest to be honest were all a bit meh .But that's only my own personal preference it wouldn't do for everybody to have the same taste
