Sync starting for world wide sounds to me like skipping the anniversary units because they'll be back next month. personally I'd go for Dokkanfest banners first, they just have really good value in general. But you could also just switch between banners. Like, do a rotation for Gogeta, then Broly, then Gogeta and so on
