I aim for this almost daily but without the eyeliner, not much time for that. The chanel liquid highlighter in natural is a great- multi use product. I'm glad I got it.

Beautiful model and makeup! With the Falscara lashes, if you're just wearing them for 1 evening, can you treat these as normal lashes and just use the glue, and not worry about all the binding stuff? Also, for slightly downturned eyes, is it better to use lashes from the top? Or do you think applying from underneath are best? Thank you!

Apologies but I don't understand the first question but as for the second question... going underneath the lashline is great for hooded eyes BUT just make sure you clean the glue of the skin completely; if the glue is not all the way removed it can clog your hair folical and you can get an eye infection. As always, consult with your eye doctor/doctor for safety

@@CHERIVOYAGE Sorry! What I meant was lashes like Falscara, Lashify, etc... are primarily intended for wear up to a week to 10 days. So they usually require multiple steps to put on. I'm only interested in wearing lashes for 1 day (not overnight or multiple days). So I was wondering if with these you had to do all the steps (sealer, etc..) or if you could just use the glue like a traditional lash. I'm also curious if you think these types of lashes are worth it for one-day wear only, or if it's better to use traditional strip or individual lashes. Hope this makes sense!

So over 40 we shouldn’t use matte foundation? What about a pink powder under the eye? Should the foundation match exactly our skin tone or could we go a bit darker not to look pasty white?

Hi! I’m 56 and the closest thing to matte I’ll go is a luminous matte (NARS has a great one!!) I’ve got normal skin, but as we age matte foundations tend to emphasize our flaws I find. If you’ve got very oily skin… matte might work, but, try and use the smallest amount possible and use concealer to get extra coverage on those pesky dark spots. I just prefer a more luminous base… and set my T-zone so it’s not shiny there. Oh, and matching is more of a personal preference… I prefer an exact match, but I don’t self tan either… match your face to your body… most people have darker body’s than their faces because of tanning. Idk who you watch on RU-vid… but another good artist is Andreea Ali. She’s a more mature makeup artist based out of Paris and she knows her craft and explains everything

Hello Nike! It depends on your skin type, as a Make-up Artist with over 25 years experience, I can tell you that I have worked on thousands of individuals over 40 who have oily skin and a matte or demi matte foundation is fantastic. BUT, most (not all) individuals start to see a more dry complexion, so a hydrating foundation is going to work better. What matters most is application. Go in with a light hand and set your make-up with a strategic approach. Example: Powder does not need to go all over the face, place where you need it only to control oil or shine.
