Nanny my sister and her husband just had covid also. They think they got it from the 2 grandchildren. They all live in Tennessee. Your outfits look so good on you and very classy as always. I loved the lacy top too. Also the beautiful colorful kimonos from Dub. I always love all of your clothes. I wish I could find me a gold necklace like you were wearing. Also, gold hoop earrings. I will have to go thrift shopping soon. They really dress up an outfit....You were mentioning about the old sayings that your mom and dad use to say. Well I remember some too. One was, 'sweep around your own back door.' Then another one was, 'Charity starts at home.' So glad Moose is doing better. You know a good thing you might want to buy and have handy at home is a UTI test kit. I ordered me a box of the tests. Sometimes we can get a UTI and not even know it. They are not very expensive and good to randomly. check to be sure we don't get one. As we get older we are more susceptible to get them. If a UTI is left untreated it can cause someone to become septic. My 84 yr old cousin had a UTI both times I took her to get bloodwork done as she also gave urine to be tested. Nanny your fashion show was great - still got it! I am male/ mid 50s and my sense of fashion has never left me and I know it will not going forward. Love putting things together . Re- old sayings - yes, we (in Ireland) would still say things like " you look like something the cat dragged in" or, " your look as if you have been pulled through a hedge backwards..." - really old sayings going back hundreds of years I am sure- but still in existence - here. Hi Nanny I, too, love old sayings and cliche’s and even find myself prefacing them to the teens with: “well, and, I love old sayings and keeping them alive ...so...here’s one.....” I never heard of “Look’s Like Hogan’s Alley!” until I was married to an Irishman ! (Referring to shoes at our door....) our Italian version is a bit more dramatic, of course, “Looka Like Hell!” From my beloved Gramma in her beautiful accent, regarding our Mom’s perineal bed one year.....we were six kids of this very busy wonderful teacher ! For some odd reason, I also loved “Dance with them that brung ya...” which is more than a bit ironic, as I always “fly away” from my quiet, stoic husband at every occasion ! To chat with everyone I want to.....(he doesn’t.....which makes me grateful he even “brung” me !) My rabbit hole story” here is we recently attended our 50th reunion....where I did my thing.....as my husband explained, when asked, “Oh, yes, she’s here.....doing her thing....flying around like a butterfly.....” when a table mate, from Scotland, complained...‘Oh yes, wherever we go, my wife does the same thing to me! she Abandons me !” Then His wife said....”oh, I Like how Jack says it better.....I’m a butterfly !” (This story is made a bit sweeter by the fact that they were mutual crushes back in the day.....the better for me to have the fun of faking some jealous vibes to him about that.....at 70, this was a rather wild social evening for us ! So Fun !

Good morning Nanny. I am very happy to know that Moose it is well after Covid. I loved your outfits especially the black blaser and black pants as well the white ones. The shirt and kimono are fantastic I loved the colours. Here in Portugal it’s very difficult to find this style of clothes except in very expensive stores. When I worked many years ago it was fashion and it was easy to find now with big shopping centres all turn very banal and without class. Unfortunately I have gained weight with age and the pandemic although I still have a lot of things from those times nothing works for me so I am very happy to see that we have the same tastes and that the classic outfit continues elegant and can transform our day in joy. The black blouse with the white all around it’s outstanding, loved it. Bless you Nanny for this enjoyable moments. God bless you and Moose.

I actually love your lace overlay on you. Also love the black and white jacket with your spectator shoes. I have a very old Joan Rivers crepe black blazer that is softly ruffled down the front which I have never worn - I have no place to wear it but I can't let it go. I used to love to dress up for work before I retired. You could also wear that black blazer with blue jeans and black booties.

I live in Florida, east coast and was so blessed. Didn’t have any damage or lose power. Thank you so much for your well wishes, but people on the west coast had devastation and adding my prayers to them and thankfully Moose is back to good health.🍁🍂💕
