I like how even in the first series his laugh starts to mellow out a bit. Having less aggressive "Yahaha's" and more relaxed "Hehe's", especially while boxing.

I always found it a shame people skip straight to season 2 after rikishi's death since that's when the first season's art and animation start to improve.
when I first watched ashita no Joe I hated Joe so much. he was just an A hole the entire time for almost 40 episodes. the change in his character and growth is so crazy to watch
Sad that the original upload of this was taken down years ago. It's one of the reasons why I really dislike TMS copyright stuff, even though they have the right to take it down. Original uploader of this was *Gwiezdny Rondel* but sadly all of their AnJ content has gotten removed. They are the same ones who made the ''Engrish with Carlos rivera'' and ''Engrish with Jose mendoza''
He practically laughs like a stereotypical cliche villain from the 90s, it's also amazing that a random Japanese can make a laugh similarly as to an American cartoon villain
one thing i usually have a problem with is how voice trained some laughs can get, when laughs are things that are really uncontrolled the VA did an AMAZING job delivering a professional voice while also making the laugh sound realistic to me, like Joe really is goofing out or finding things to be funny
I agree with you ,it shows how he changed in a way , in season 1 you can notice that Joe's laugh most of the time is pretty damn loud , in Anj 2 hes laugh became a bit calmer , wich is fitting for his character as anj 2 Joe isn't aggressive or childish as his Anj 1self , I really liked this detail
@@TheKebabBoy11 Lucky! Let me know how you're trip was . Are you allowed to take picture's? I'd love to see you're video on the Joe statue , if you are able to. I'm loving the Ashita No Joe Anime so far. :')
@@TheKebabBoy11 I don't have enough money to go unfortunately. I always wanted to see the Joe statue. I wish I could buy the Joe Yabuki figure too, but it's so hard to come by these days .
The coach didnt get his gym liscense, because of his controversial history that he had in past years, they did not give him a license and Joe was literally closed for that reason to have a decent life that he never had.
