I'm spent half a day trolling for striped bass. The early part of the day the only thing I was catching in quantity was floating dead grass. I was able to push out into the bay to have one of my better days. I pulled in over 70 fish. Hope you enjoy and talk to you soon.

Great day! What speed do you run the Yo-Zuri for the best action?

I run Yo-zuri from 2.5 to 4 mph. The best action is generally around 3mph.

Very good comment about the speed. I just started trolling this year and have done well but one lure will produce typically and the other won't. I'm usually running two types. I never thought about the speed part. I might just troll two if the same once I start getting bites. Thanks for the tip.

Thanks for the feedback. Usually i start with one lure running deep and one near the surface and go from there. I try to match them for best speed presentation.
