Over six hundred and seventy-nine Gambian pilgrims arrive in the city of medina ahead of the hajj. 

Over six hundred and seventy-nine Gambian pilgrims arrived in the city of medina on Sunday and Monday respectively, to perform hajj fulfilling the fifth pillar of Islam. The pilgrims, arriving under the auspices of nine travel agencies were jetted in by Ethiopian airlines contracted by the national hajj commission. GRTS’ Karabulie Conteh reports from Medina.
